Compass scholars walk at the junction

Students, alumni and friends of Mississippi State University now have the opportunity to leave behind a permanent mark on the university's campus through the Compass Scholars Walk at The Junction.

The most popular choice is to engrave a brick with your name and class year, but other opportunities exist. You could:

Parents: These pavers are an excellent way for you to recognize and reward the hard work of your student. They're the perfect graduation gift!

Gifts designated to the Compass Scholars Walk at The Junction will benefit the Compass Scholarship Program. The program gives us a competitive advantage as we recruit the best students – students who will excel and uphold MSU’s long-standing tradition of excellence and service. And, as with gifts of any amount, the donation will activate the donor's membership in the MSU Alumni Association. There is no better way to create a lasting legacy of your time spent and Mississippi State University.

Brick Information

The Compass Scholars Walk at The Junction Paver Options

Bricks are available in three sizes:

8" x 4" Bricks are available for a gift of $500. The bricks may be engraved with three lines of up to 15 characters per line.

8" x 8" Bricks are available for a gift of $750. These bricks are best suited for engraving of no more than six lines with up to 15 characters per line.

16" x 16" Black Granite Pavers are available for a one time gift of $7,500 or a 5-year annual pledge of $1,500 or greater in support of the Compass Scholarship Program. Please contact the Office of Annual Giving at 662-325-5975 or click here to request more information.

Brick and Paver orders can be placed January through December. Installation is done once yearly in the Spring. Replica bricks are available to purchase for an additional fee when you place your order. You can choose your brick and replica option below.
