NewSouth NeuroSpine is coming to Starkville! We are excited to announce that NewSouth NeuroSpine is bringing specialized spine care services to the Mississippi State University community. Beginning May 9th, Neurosurgeon Dr. John Davis will see patients every other Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at our new location: 521 South Montgomery Street, next door to the State Urgent Care. He will offer services such as new patient spine evaluations, workers' compensation initial spine evaluations, workers' compensation second opinions, independent medical examinations (IMEs), and employers' medical examinations (EMEs). Whether you are experiencing pain from a pinched nerve in your neck or back, or spinal issues due to a work-related injury, Dr. Davis is here to help you find relief and improve your quality of life. John D. Davis, MD is a highly skilled and experienced spine specialist dedicated to providing personalized care and treatment options for a wide range of spine conditions. Dr. Davis was born in Starkville and is a native of Jackson, MS. In 1988, he graduated summa cum laude in biological engineering from MSU, where he served as the Student Association President and was elected Mr. MSU. He went on to obtain his medical degree and complete his residency training at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Davis serves on the board of directors for the MSU Foundation and as a member of the Bagley College of Engineering Advisory Board. He has been appointed by Governor Tate Reeves to serve on the MS State Board of Health. He is one of the founding partners of NewSouth NeuroSpine.
